SolPowerlines is seeking an Office Intern to support daily office operations and administrative tasks. This entry-level role provides hands-on experience in a professional environment, with exposure to guest services, internal team support, and office management. Interns will receive training and guidance while contributing to the smooth operation of the office.
What you'll do#
- Greet and welcome visitors and employees as the front desk representative during office hours.
- Help track and organize office supplies and assist with reordering when needed.
- Assist with ordering and tracking PPE kits for new hires under staff supervision.
- Help coordinate office vendors or service providers under guidance.
- Provide support for office meetings and events, including preparation of materials.
What you'll need#
- No prior office experience required; previous administrative or customer service experience is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to multi-task and follow instructions in a professional environment.
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in Business Administration.
