About the role#
The Marketing Intern at SolPowerlines supports brand outreach and service promotion through content creation, event coordination, and marketing analytics. This paid, full-time summer internship provides hands-on experience in social media management, branding, graphic design, and campaign strategy. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and internal teams to enhance brand awareness and support business development initiatives within the utilities sector.
What you'll do#
- Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content for social media platforms.
- Support the selection, ordering, and branding of promotional merchandise.
- Help develop marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, banners, and proposals.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across platforms.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or GED.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
