The Marketing Intern supports the daily operations of the property management team. This role serves as a point of contact for mall personnel, tenants, vendors, and the public, ensuring effective communication and coordination across various property activities.
What you'll do#
- Maintain regular contact with mall personnel to support property operations.
- Coordinate participation and logistics for promotional activities.
- Screen and respond to inquiries and requests from tenants, vendors, and the public, resolving issues as appropriate.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special events held at the property.
What you'll need#
- Strong working knowledge of social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution and customer service.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and work with initiative both independently and as part of a team.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
Location & details#
- Location: Charlotte, North Carolina
- Work Modality: On-site
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, with the requirement to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
