Marketing, Student & Youth Sales Manager

About the role#

The Marketing, Student & Youth Sales Manager leads the strategy and execution for student travel, educational field trips, youth sports, and special programming. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on sales and event coordination to increase revenue and park attendance. You will manage relationships with school districts, educators, and community partners while providing direction to the sales team.

What you'll do#

• Develop and execute annual sales, marketing, and promotional strategies to drive awareness and revenue.
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for educators, athletic directors, and youth organizations.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining existing client accounts.
• Partner with the Marketing team to create promotional campaigns, digital content, and sales materials.
• Provide oversight for student and youth events, ensuring successful execution through cross-functional collaboration.
• Monitor market trends, booking pace, and key performance indicators to adjust strategies and provide regular forecasting.
• Lead and mentor the Student & Youth Sales Coordinator(s).

What you'll need#

• Minimum of two years of experience in student events, marketing, or a sales role.
• A college degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven ability to achieve positive financial results and manage client relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and other sales-related tools.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a background check and drug test.
