Engineering Co-op / Internship Spring 2026

About the role#

This engineering program provides students with practical experience across various sectors of the business, including manufacturing, distribution, extrusion, technical development, information services, and corporate administration. Participants work in a full-scale manufacturing environment, gaining exposure to real-world operations and professional networking opportunities.

What you'll do#

• Complete a series of rotational assignments, alternating between semesters of full-time work and university coursework.
• Take on increasing responsibilities as you advance through the program.
• Lead or contribute to projects designed to improve productivity, quality, and cost-efficiency.
• Align project work with your specific skills and professional interests.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a degree program for Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Operations, Chemical, Materials, Automation, or a related engineering field.
• Completion of at least three semesters of college coursework.
• A minimum GPA of 2.5.
• Full-time student status is highly preferred. If applying as a co-op, you must be registered with your university's official co-op program or career services office.
