About the role#

This internship focuses on the development and translation of training materials for a global organization. You will report to the Senior Project Manager for Learning and Development, helping to create and refine documentation used by colleagues across international sites in France, Mexico, Spain, Belgium, Hungary, Poland, Turkey, China, and India.

What you'll do#

• Translate existing documents—including standardized work, standing operating procedures, and work instructions—into target languages, ensuring both accuracy and sensibility using AI tools and your own language proficiency.
• Develop new training materials in English or target languages by utilizing established templates and collaborating with subject matter experts.
• Coordinate with international colleagues to verify the accuracy of translated content.
• Assist in the organization and refinement of the current digital library of training materials.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment as an undergraduate or graduate student in any year and any field of study, with a preference for Communications, Business Administration, or English.
• Fluency in English and at least one target language (such as Polish, Turkish, Spanish, German, Hungarian, Dutch, Mandarin, or Tamil).
• Proficiency in designing and editing documents using software such as Word, Pages, Acrobat, or Illustrator.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Location & details#

• This is a fully remote, paid internship position based in the United States.
• The role is full-time with a rolling term.
• Compensation ranges from $15.00 to $20.00 USD hourly, depending on geographic market, experience, and other factors.
