About the role#
This year-round internship with the Agent Education Team supports continuing education operations, training logistics, and communication efforts. The role involves a mix of data entry, reporting, content updates, and event preparation. This position is ideal for students pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications with a graduation date of May 2028 or later.
What you'll do#
- Support webinar production, including appearing on camera and operating webinar and AV technology.
- Create post-webinar and post-class reporting.
- Prepare for trainings by organizing, printing, or emailing materials, packing supplies, and managing event logistics.
- Assist with class-related communications, including invitations, newsletters, and reminders.
- Provide coordination support for Marketing projects.
- Learn the Continuing Education (CE) filing process and provide backup support to maintain accurate records.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 2 or 4-year degree program.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to take initiative and learn new tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.

- Location: Neenah, Wisconsin.
- Term: Fall 2026.
- Modality: Hybrid.
- Schedule: 20-40 hours per week during summer and school breaks; 15-20 hours per week during the academic year.
