About the role#
Scientific Research Corporation is seeking a DoD Skillbridge Program Intern to support technical and engineering operations. This role focuses on U.S. Navy and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) projects, requiring a commitment to mission-focused solutions and leadership within engineering environments.
What you'll do#
- Manage technical and engineering support operations across operational sites.
- Lead systems engineering initiatives and oversee complex IT and network infrastructures.
- Act as the primary liaison for site stakeholders.
- Translate complex technical challenges into actionable, mission-focused solutions.
- Support full system lifecycle activities, including C4I and engineering systems, integration, installation, and testing.
- Assist with logistics, field sustainment, configuration management, and deployment planning.
- Coordinate with cross-functional engineering teams and international partners on FMS projects.
What you'll need#
- Demonstrated capabilities in technical, engineering, security, and project leadership.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to sudden operational changes.
- Familiarity with tactical military operations, specifically P-8A Poseidon aviation environments.
- Understanding of foreign disclosure policies and releasability guidelines.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance at the Top Secret level.
