As a Marketing & Communication Intern, you will support the implementation of marketing initiatives, product launches, and merchandising strategies for La Maison du Chocolat. You will play a key role in coordinating with the Paris head office, managing PR and social media activities, and ensuring brand consistency across all U.S. touchpoints.
What you'll do#
- Ensure LMDC merchandising standards are upheld across all U.S. locations through weekly boutique visits and reporting.
- Propose and activate merchandising improvements, including visuals and in-store displays.
- Manage daily social media calendars and animate platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Coordinate with the PR agency on product send-outs to editors, influencers, and partners.
- Assist in organizing press events, in-store activations, and trade shows.
- Support ecommerce by creating and optimizing digital content such as articles, visuals, and videos.
- Track and analyze the performance of digital campaigns and content to support the brand’s strategy.
What you'll need#
- Current studies or experience in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or Media Studies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and detail-oriented skills.

- Work Modality: On-site.
- Duration: 6 to 18 months, starting between August 15th and September 30th.
