Join the Corporate Sales Department to support and enhance client-specific administrative processes. This role serves as a key contributor to the B2B division, helping to manage operations, order processing, and client service. You will gain hands-on experience in a luxury retail environment, developing commercial, operational, and analytical skills through exposure to sales, supply chain coordination, and finance.
What you'll do#
- Client Support: Respond to corporate client inquiries via email and phone and assist with order management from quotation to delivery.
- Sales Operations: Maintain accurate client information in Salesforce and Gourmet, manage client accounts, and update sales trackers.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with inventory checks, quote preparation, invoicing, and multi-address order processing.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Supply Chain, Production, and Sales teams to ensure smooth order execution and assist with inventory planning.
- Finance Support: Learn the invoicing process for domestic and international clients and support payment reconciliation alongside the Accounting team.
- Engagement: Support corporate events, client activations, trade shows, and pop-up experiences, and occasionally assist boutique teams during peak periods.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or an ERP system is a plus.
- A proactive, curious, and solution-oriented mindset with an interest in luxury retail and corporate sales.
