About the role#
The MBA Corporate Strategy internship at Royal Caribbean Group is a 10-week program focused on the company's long-term growth and competitive positioning. Interns contribute to high-level strategic decision-making by working alongside industry professionals on projects that impact global operations. The program includes professional development sessions, executive spotlights, and opportunities to engage with the travel and cruise industry.
What you'll do#
- Analyze industry trends and evaluate new market opportunities.
- Support strategic initiatives across the organization.
- Conduct in-depth market research, financial modeling, and competitive analysis to identify potential mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and innovation opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership to develop strategic plans, assess risk, and facilitate cross-functional initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an MBA or related field of study with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027.
- Minimum GPA of 3.2 is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in related areas.
- Must have permanent authorization to work in the U.S. Sponsorship is not provided.

- Location: Miami, Florida.
- Term: Summer 2026 (June 1st – August 2nd).
- Work Modality: Hybrid (in-person Monday through Thursday, remote on Fridays).
