As a Revenue Management Analyst, you will manage inventory, pricing, and ticket revenue for Royal Caribbean International ships. You will leverage data sets and business intelligence dashboards to analyze booking trends and demand, identifying opportunities for incremental revenue. This role involves significant decision-making authority and requires frequent coordination with teams across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Commercial Planning, and Data Science.
What you'll do#
- Optimize yields through data-driven inventory management and pricing strategies.
- Develop pricing and promotional strategies across various markets and booking channels.
- Conduct ongoing competitor price and product analysis.
- Validate reports and data at different levels of granularity.
- Provide frequent performance updates to key stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Quote incentive group and charter business opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) with a graduation date in December 2025 or May 2026, with availability to begin full-time in 2026.
- Previous work or internship experience, preferably in business, pricing, or financial analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Understanding of revenue management or basic economic concepts.
- Ability to organize and analyze large volumes of data independently to make data-driven recommendations.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Location: Miami, Florida.
- Work Modality: On-site Monday through Thursday, with remote work on Fridays.
- Start Date: July 2026.
- Status: Full-time and paid position.
