About the role#
ROCKWOOL Group is seeking a Product Management Co-op for the Fall 2026 term. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Milton, Ontario, running from September to December 2026. You will work directly with the Residential Product Manager to support insulation product strategy and market analysis.
What you'll do#
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for insulation products.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify product improvements and market opportunities.
- Support product lifecycle management and flag potential issues.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and product briefs for internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate product information within the Product Price List system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various product initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary program related to Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset.

- Term: Fall 2026 (September – December).
- Work Modality: Fully on-site.
- Compensation: Paid position with an hourly rate between $21 and $25, depending on academic year and experience.
