About the role#
As a Project Management Intern, you will provide administrative and project support to the Director of Special Projects and the Portfolio Manager within Talent and Inclusion. This role focuses on optimizing project tracking and ensuring alignment across internal business areas. You will serve as a resource for Monday.com, helping to organize work, track milestones, and improve process efficiency.
What you'll do#
- Manage, maintain, and optimize Monday.com boards, dashboards, automations, and workflows.
- Create and maintain project plans, status updates, timelines, and executive dashboards.
- Track and follow up on next steps from meetings and strategic discussions by managing action items.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support, including scheduling meetings and preparing materials.
- Assist with internal communication efforts, such as drafting emails and compiling presentations.
- Collaborate with internal business areas to align communications and projects across teams.
- Review incoming requests for executive leaders and conduct research to inform decision-making.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations Management, Psychology, or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Monday.com, including building boards, creating automations, and generating reports.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work discreetly with confidential information.
- A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight.
