Road Scholar is seeking a Marketing Partnerships Intern for the Fall 2026 semester. This role supports the partnership marketing lifecycle, from initial onboarding to project management. You will gain hands-on experience in partner management, workflow coordination, and research while contributing to the operations of a mission-driven nonprofit organization.
What you'll do#
- Monitor the partnerships inbox to identify and evaluate potential opportunities.
- Maintain the partner calendar to track upcoming projects and events.
- Establish and manage workflows for ongoing partner projects.
- Provide weekly status updates to the team regarding active partnership initiatives.
- Shadow the partnerships manager during calls and document action items in the partnership tracker.
- Support the partnerships manager with program giveaways.
- Research potential future partners, including marketing and tourism boards.
- Assist in the preparation of the quarterly partner report.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a junior or senior at an accredited college or university.
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail with effective organizational and file management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- A collaborative mindset and interest in learning how creative teams operate within a nonprofit setting.
Location & details#
- This is a remote internship.
- The term runs from September 8, 2026, to December 18, 2026.
- The role requires a commitment of 20 hours per week during business hours.
- This is a paid internship with a flat stipend of $3,840.00, distributed in two installments.
