About the role#
Rho is seeking a Design Intern to support brand, marketing, and growth initiatives. You will work closely with the Design Lead to contribute to digital, print, and experiential projects. This role involves taking ownership of design tasks and shipping work across multiple channels.
What you'll do#
- Design creative assets for multi-channel campaigns, including web pages, social content, event activations, packaging, swag, and video.
- Produce polished out-of-home (OOH) assets for client billboards and customer-related perks.
- Evolve and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints while experimenting with new visual ideas.
- Create internal templates, presentations, and branded materials for cross-functional teams.
- Manage design files, maintain organized asset libraries, and uphold workflow best practices.
What you'll need#
- Current student or recent graduate in Graphic Design, Art, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Strong design fundamentals, specifically in typography, hierarchy, composition, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity or fundamental skills with motion graphics and After Effects.
- Proficiency in agentic creative AI tools.
