The Longueuil Manufacturing Centre (CFL) is seeking an organized and creative intern to support business objectives related to engine manufacturing. This role operates within a highly technological environment, requiring collaboration across multiple departments to ensure the smooth production of aerospace components.
What you'll do#
- Support the logistics team in monitoring and prioritizing parts and ongoing projects on the manufacturing line.
- Track parts from production launch and provide status updates to engineering and management regarding critical components.
- Plan production scheduling by evaluating machine capacity and analyzing priorities.
- Ensure follow-up on work orders and prioritize quality notifications.
- Route parts to appropriate clients, including engine centers, aftermarket, experimental, or NGPF.
- Improve production tracking tools using software such as SAP, Excel, and Power BI.
- Initiate and support continuous improvement projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Canadian university throughout the internship duration.
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of the manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Functional knowledge of English to interpret specialized instructions, technical plans, and drawings, alongside the ability to work in a French-speaking environment.
- Eligibility to work in Canada and ability to pass a background check for the handling of controlled goods.

- Term: August 31, 2026, to December 18, 2026.
- Work Modality: Full-time, on-site, Monday to Friday.
