About the role#
As a Product Marketing Intern, you will support merchant outreach and AI Agent optimization efforts across multiple partners and countries. This role focuses on driving conversions, gathering market insights, and improving the overall customer experience through data-driven strategies.
What you'll do#
- Monitor and optimize AI-powered channels by reviewing conversations, testing prompts, identifying friction points, and generating recommendations to improve performance and conversion.
- Conduct merchant outreach, including sales calls and customer interviews, to drive offer conversion, understand customer behavior, gather market insights, and identify growth opportunities.
- Support the execution and performance tracking of marketing campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, In-App, and AI-driven channels, ensuring high-quality delivery and operational excellence.
- Assist in creating marketing assets, presentations, business reviews, and partner-facing materials while maintaining documentation and process tracking.
What you'll need#
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Curiosity about AI, automation, growth, product marketing, and fintech.
- Comfort working with data, metrics, and performance reporting.

- This is a remote, full-time internship position.
- The role is open to candidates based in Latin America.
