HR Intern

About the role#

We are seeking an HR Intern to join our team. This position is designed for an active student eager to learn and contribute to our HR operations. You will work closely with management and employees to support HR processes, maintain data integrity, and foster a productive work environment.

What you'll do#

• Maintain the HR Workday database, ensuring high standards of accuracy and quality.
• Assist with the recruitment of key talent and manage new hire on-boarding processes.
• Process documentation in coordination with system experts and follow defined HR procedures.
• Support the Human Resources Manager with daily tasks, including filing, project coordination, and event organization.
• Collaborate with the HR community to identify requirements and improve service delivery.

What you'll need#

• Currently enrolled as an active student in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Intermediate English language skills.
• A proactive approach, strong teamwork skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve problems effectively.
