Accounts Payable Internship

About the role#

This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the accounts payable department within a global manufacturing environment. You will support the finance team in maintaining accurate records and ensuring the integrity of financial transactions.

What you'll do#

• Process and verify high volumes of invoices.
• Review vendor invoices for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions to support accurate financial reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to invoices.
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
• Assist with ad hoc accounting tasks as needed.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment or recent completion of a degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
• Strong attention to detail for processing and verifying financial data.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
• Organizational skills to maintain accurate financial records.
