    About the role#

    Premium Merchant Funding is seeking a Real Estate Investment Analyst Intern to join the team in Miami. This full-time internship focuses on deal sourcing, sales processes, and understanding how investment opportunities are built from the ground up.

    What you'll do#

    • Assist with outreach to property owners, buyers, and investors.
    • Help qualify opportunities and identify deal potential.
    • Support pipeline management and CRM tracking.
    • Participate in daily training and team strategy sessions.

    What you'll need#

    • Current college student with an interest in real estate or sales.
    • Motivated, self-starter mindset with an eagerness to learn.
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Location & details#

    • Location: Miami, Florida (Wynwood).
    • Work Modality: On-site.
    • Term: Summer 2026 (June 8th – July 31st).
    • Compensation: Paid position with $2,000 – $7,000 on-target earnings.
