About the role#
The Marketing Intern will support brand outreach and service promotion by assisting with content creation, event coordination, and marketing analytics. This paid internship provides hands-on experience in social media, branding, graphic design, and campaign management within the energy sector. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and other departments to enhance brand awareness and support business development initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Plan, create, and schedule content for social media platforms.
- Assist with the selection, ordering, and branding of promotional merchandise.
- Contribute to graphic design, photography, and videography projects.
- Develop marketing materials including brochures, presentations, banners, and proposals.
- Participate in the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and community events.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Update and maintain CRM systems and mailing lists.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and assist with vendor coordination.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Preferred: Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.

- This is a paid, part-time internship.
- Requires local and regional travel, with occasional overnight trips possible.
