About the role#
This internship provides support for the Classic Parts, Classic Partner, and Classic brand business units. The role involves managing the day-to-day execution of the Vehicle Documentation program, facilitating reporting for Classic Partners, and managing key performance indicators for the parts business. You will act as a liaison with global headquarters in Germany and assist in the development of Classic Partners, including the management of the Partner Part Display program.
What you'll do#
- Manage and coordinate print, shipping, and vendors for Vehicle Documentation products.
- Research vehicle information requests by processing data from internal and external sources.
- Develop product displays and promotions for internal events and Classic Partners.
- Conduct and distribute reporting for all Partner program aspects.
- Support the Porsche Classic Parts Analyst in analyzing inventory data to identify sales opportunities.
- Generate interim reporting for parts sales and training requests.
- Coordinate the development and publication of catalogs and marketing collateral.
- Manage the Porsche Classic presence in the Porsche One Shop.
- Engage with Porsche Centers to respond to inquiries regarding Classic Partner Centers and vehicle owners.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in or completion of a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering, or a degree from a technical automotive school.
- Strong knowledge of Porsche models.
- Advanced experience with MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Ability to work effectively within a multi-functional team.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under deadlines.
Location & details#
- Location: Atlanta, Georgia.
- Work Modality: On-site, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work.
- Travel: Up to 15% domestic travel may be required.
- Employment Type: Full-time, paid internship.
- Physical Requirements: The role operates in an office and automotive shop environment. You may be exposed to fumes, moving mechanical parts, and noise. You must be able to lift or move up to 25 pounds.
