About the role#
The Culinary Intern role is a rolling, full-time, paid position based at our resort in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. You will work on-site as part of an award-winning team, contributing to our reputation for 5 Diamond Certified Service.
What you'll do#
- Provide high-quality service and hospitality to guests and members.
- Participate in a culinary rotation to gain experience across different kitchen operations.
- Assist in maintaining 5 Diamond Certified Service standards.
- Contribute to the development of balanced menus and wine lists.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a hospitality degree program.
- Previous experience in luxury club food and beverage management is preferred.
- A strong desire to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
