The Student Enrollment Representative at Pima Medical Institute manages the full enrollment lifecycle for prospective students at the Aurora, Colorado campus. This role focuses on guiding individuals from their initial inquiry through to enrollment, requiring a consultative approach to help students align their career goals with healthcare education programs. This is a full-time, on-site position that involves managing an applicant pipeline and working toward specific performance targets.
What you'll do#
- Proactively reach out to prospective students via phone and email and conduct interviews to assess program fit.
- Manage the entire enrollment process, including responding to inquiries and providing detailed information on healthcare education programs.
- Utilize CRM systems to track applicant pipelines and monitor performance against key metrics.
- Analyze enrollment statistics and marketing data to refine outreach strategies.
- Represent the institution at recruitment events, such as job fairs and high school visits.
- Facilitate campus tours and collaborate with the Financial Aid department to determine student eligibility.
- Ensure all activities comply with federal and state laws, accreditation requirements, and internal policies.
- Participate in evening and weekend work rotations and local travel as required.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in a KPI-driven role, such as admissions, education sales, student recruitment, account management, or financial services.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding measurable performance targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Strong communication skills with a consultative, people-first approach.
- Knowledge of conflict resolution and the ability to work in a goal-oriented environment.
Location & details#
- Location: Aurora, Colorado.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $34.11 – $42.63 per hour.
