The Student Admissions Representative serves as a primary point of contact for prospective students at the Seattle campus. This role focuses on guiding individuals through the admissions process, conducting interviews, and managing the applicant journey from initial inquiry to the start of classes. The position requires a balance of recruitment outreach, administrative CRM management, and cross-departmental collaboration to meet enrollment targets.
What you'll do#
- Proactively recruit prospective students through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and text messages.
- Represent the institute at career fairs, job fairs, and high school visits to build an applicant pipeline.
- Conduct interviews and advise prospective students on program details, admissions requirements, and career goals.
- Manage and maintain accurate applicant data within the CRM database.
- Monitor personal recruitment statistics and performance reports to ensure enrollment goals are met.
- Collaborate with the Campus Director and Financial Aid staff to determine student eligibility and facilitate a smooth enrollment process.
- Ensure all admissions activities remain in compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards.
- Participate in required evening and weekend work rotations.
What you'll need#
- Three years of experience in education sales, admissions, or recruitment.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred; an equivalent combination of training, education, or experience will be considered.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to build trusting relationships and deliver customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Experience in a private or proprietary school setting is preferred.

- Employment Type: Full-time.
- Hiring Range: $37.49 to $46.86 per hour.
