As a Student Family Liaison at Detroit Enterprise Academy, you will support the school environment by fostering connections between students, families, and the community. This full-time, on-site role focuses on maintaining a positive school culture and supporting administrative and teaching staff in daily operations.
What you'll do#
- Actively promote student, parent, and community involvement within the school.
- Maintain a safe and orderly environment to ensure each student has the best opportunity to learn.
- Collaborate with administration and teaching staff to implement and reinforce school-wide classroom management techniques and school procedures.
What you'll need#
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in child behavior or social work is preferred.
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with parents, faculty, and students.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Relevant academic background in Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources, or Communications.
