Student Family Liaison

About the role#

As a Student Family Liaison at Detroit Enterprise Academy, you will support the school environment by fostering connections between students, families, and the community. This full-time, on-site role focuses on maintaining a positive school culture and supporting administrative and teaching staff in daily operations.

What you'll do#

• Actively promote student, parent, and community involvement within the school.
• Maintain a safe and orderly environment to ensure each student has the best opportunity to learn.
• Collaborate with administration and teaching staff to implement and reinforce school-wide classroom management techniques and school procedures.

What you'll need#

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in child behavior or social work is preferred.
• Ability to communicate and work effectively with parents, faculty, and students.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Relevant academic background in Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources, or Communications.
