About the role#
The Application Engineering Co-op position provides technical and administrative support to the Product Marketing and Sales teams in Atlanta, Georgia. This role involves managing customer inquiries, handling material data requests, and contributing to special projects related to market trends.
What you'll do#
- Provide marketing helpdesk support and respond to technical questions from customers.
- Collaborate with Design, Marketing, and Sales Engineers to develop market-based application guides and sales tools.
- Execute projects involving tradeshow demos, market research, and digital media.
- Coordinate responses to material data requests regarding Murata product lines.
- Research and prepare technical marketing information for Product management groups.
- Track and report on customer inquiries by product group and application.
What you'll need#
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least six months of related coursework in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with a PC and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated judgment and problem-solving abilities.
- Course completion in Electric Circuits or Physics is preferred.
