The Premium Sales Intern supports the sales, fulfillment, and game-day operations for premium spaces at the Minnesota Wild. This role focuses on managing suite rentals, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to revenue and project management initiatives. This is a paid, full-time position.
What you'll do#
- Support the sales, fulfillment, and game-day operations of premium spaces.
- Assist with suite rentals, including selling, fulfilling, and hosting clients during games.
- Process suite rental orders within the CRM system.
- Achieve sales goals through proactive outreach, including managing inbound inquiries and making outbound calls.
- Maintain exclusive relationships with suite and loge partners.
- Coordinate with internal departments to relay accurate suite rental and catering information.
- Contribute to product development by helping enhance premium experiences, benefits, and event offerings.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Sports Management, Marketing, Economics, Communications, Public Health, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in customer service or sales.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus, with a preference for KORE.
- Knowledge of hockey is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the game and event schedule.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

- Compensation: $16.37/hour.
