The Partnership Success Intern supports the premium sales and service team by executing suite and loge rentals. This role focuses on maintaining client relationships, managing annual products, and ensuring a high-quality experience for premium guests. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position.
What you'll do#
- Provide service and communication to premium clients via phone and email.
- Maintain relationships with exclusive suite holders and loge members.
- Manage post-game survey responses and develop monthly client calendars.
- Support sales, fulfillment, and game-day operations for premium spaces.
- Assist with suite rentals, including selling, order processing, and day-of hosting.
- Relay catering orders to the premium catering department.
- Contribute to product development, departmental initiatives, and event/gifting budget management.
- Maintain report accuracy in KORE and Tableau software.
- Collaborate with analytics, ticket operations, and corporate partnership departments.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Sports Management, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in customer service or sales.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, with KORE experience preferred.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Hockey knowledge is preferred.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required for events.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
