Photography Co-op

About the role#

The Photography Co-op supports product imagery initiatives for Amazon and eCommerce platforms. Working alongside a dedicated product photographer and the digital marketing team, this role provides hands-on experience in a production-focused studio environment. You will gain exposure to scalable photography, editing, and workflow processes used for service parts, accessories, and whole goods.

What you'll do#

• Assist the product photographer with lighting, composition, and styling standards for a wide range of products.
• Stage, organize, and prepare products for photography sessions.
• Participate in batch photography sessions under direct guidance.
• Perform photo editing in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, including cropping, background cleanup, and retouching.
• Prepare and organize image files according to established naming conventions and platform requirements.
• Maintain the studio space and manage a structured digital file system.
• Track photographed SKUs and completed images while following documented workflows.

What you'll need#

• Currently enrolled in a photography, graphic design, media studies, or related academic program.
• Basic understanding of digital photography concepts.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and accept feedback.
• A portfolio of work is required for your application.
