Clinical Quality Intern

About the role#

Maven Clinic is seeking a Clinical Quality Intern to support the Clinical Quality leadership team. This project-oriented role focuses on executing high-visibility initiatives and maintaining the operational infrastructure that supports care delivery. This is a 3-month internship requiring 10-15 hours per week, running from August through November 2026.

What you'll do#

• Lead an end-to-end overhaul of the provider resource library, including auditing assets, reorganizing taxonomy, and refreshing clinical training content.
• Develop an operations playbook for fiscal year engagement sessions by mapping schedules, documenting stakeholder roles, and creating standardized templates and execution checklists.
• Provide weekly operational support to maintain clinical quality workflows.
• Triage incoming JIRA and Zendesk tickets.
• Assist with monthly report preparation, quality assurance checks, and tracking meeting action items.

What you'll need#

• Prior experience in clinical settings, healthcare administration, or public health research.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, JIRA, and Zendesk.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to manage independent workstreams.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex clinical information into actionable resources.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Nursing, Psychology, Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Communications, or Business Administration.
