The Post Production Fellowship is a hands-on, immersive opportunity for an emerging editor to support content workflows. This role focuses on the intersection of traditional editing and AI-driven creative tools. Fellows will work alongside creative and production teams on projects ranging from social and branded content to experiential campaigns.
What you'll do#
- Assist in editing short-form and long-form video content across digital and campaign deliverables.
- Support the assembly of selects, rough cuts, and versioning for internal and client reviews.
- Organize and manage media, project files, and edit timelines.
- Collaborate with Creative, Production, and Strategy teams to bring concepts to life.
- Explore and implement AI tools to enhance editing workflows, efficiency, and creative output.
- Assist with color, sound, finishing workflows, and content formatting for various platforms.
- Create lightweight motion, graphics, or text treatments to support edits.
- Maintain organization across post-production assets and archives.
What you'll need#
- Proficiency in editing software, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
- Working knowledge of AI tools related to editing, content generation, or workflow optimization.
- Understanding of post-production workflows, media management, and file organization.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
- Ability to take direction while contributing creative ideas and initiative.
Location & details#
- Location: New York, New York (On-site).
- Term: Fall 2026 (September - December).
- Schedule: Part-time, 29 hours per week, 3 days on-site.
- Compensation: $17-18/hr.
- Eligibility: Open to majors in Media Studies, Communications, Graphic Design, Computer Science, Marketing, and Art.
