As a Personal Shopper, you will play a key role in fulfilling e-commerce orders for customers. This position focuses on providing a personalized shopping experience through efficiency, accuracy, and strong attention to detail. This is a unionized, part-time position.
What you'll do#
- Provide great customer service by assisting with general questions and maintaining a positive environment.
- Shop for customers by accurately filling orders with quality products.
- Scan products and process customer transactions accurately using debit, credit, cash, and gift cards.
- Contact customers to ensure order accuracy or to discuss potential product substitutions.
What you'll need#
- Flexibility to work a variety of hours, which may include days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Ability to move up to 50 lbs and maintain mobility throughout your shift.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- A collaborative team-player mindset.
- No previous experience is required; training will be provided.

- Location: 700 Lawrence Ave W, North York, ON.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $17.60 - $19.85 per hour.
- Term: Rolling.
