As a Personal Shopper at Fortinos, you will play a key role in fulfilling customer e-commerce orders. This position focuses on efficiency and accuracy to ensure a high-quality, personalized shopping experience for our customers. This is a part-time, unionized role.
What you'll do#
- Assist customers with general questions and maintain a positive store environment.
- Accurately fill customer orders by selecting quality products.
- Process customer transactions using cash, debit, credit, and gift cards.
- Contact customers to confirm order details or discuss potential product substitutions.
What you'll need#
- Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain constant mobility throughout your shift.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both as a team player and independently.
- No previous experience is required; comprehensive training is provided.
Location & details#
- Location: 173 Lakeshore Rd W, Oakville, ON.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $17.60 - $19.85 per hour, as defined by the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
