    About the role#

    Lewis Brisbois is seeking a litigation associate to join the New York office. This role focuses on defending condo and coop boards in inter-building disputes involving property damage, building governance, and breaches of fiduciary duty.

    What you'll do#

    • Manage all phases of litigation.
    • Draft and review pleadings.
    • Conduct legal research and analysis.
    • Handle motion practice and oral advocacy.

    What you'll need#

    • 1 to 7 years of experience.
    • Admission to the New York Bar.
    • Superior writing skills.
    • Strong analytical and research abilities.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Relevant academic background in fields such as Political Science, Criminal Justice, or Business Administration.

    • Location: New York, NY.
    • Work Modality: On-site.
    • Employment Type: Full-time.
    • Compensation: $135,000 to $175,000 per year.
