    About the role#

    Lewis Brisbois is seeking a litigation associate attorney for its Westchester office. This role focuses on defending condo and coop boards in inter-building disputes involving property damage, as well as allegations of breaches of building governance and fiduciary duty.

    What you'll do#

    • Manage all phases of litigation from inception through resolution.
    • Draft and review pleadings and legal documents.
    • Conduct legal research and analysis.
    • Engage in motion practice and oral advocacy.

    What you'll need#

    • 1 to 7 years of relevant legal experience.
    • Admission to the New York Bar.
    • Superior writing skills.
    • Strong analytical and research abilities.
    • Excellent communication skills.

    Location & details#

    • Location: Rye Brook, New York.
    • Role type: Full-time, on-site.
    • Compensation: $135,000 to $175,000 per year.
