    About the role#

    Kulicke & Soffa is seeking an intern to support the development of robotic automation equipment. This role focuses on software engineering within the semiconductor manufacturing industry, providing an opportunity to learn the wire bonder domain.

    What you'll do#

    • Develop advanced software for next-generation robotic semiconductor equipment.
    • Design, model, code, and test software based on specifications and requirements.
    • Collaborate with the team on development tasks.
    • Gain exposure to the wire bonder domain.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a degree program for Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
    • Coursework in C++ programming.
    • Experience with Object Oriented Analysis and Design.
    • Knowledge of software development processes.
    • Understanding of wireless technology.
