About the role#
Kroll is seeking an intern to join the Global Mergers & Acquisitions team. This role provides hands-on experience supporting middle-market companies through sellside, buyside, and capital raising transactions. You will work directly with senior management teams and gain exposure to clients, board members, and various stakeholders.
What you'll do#
- Support financial modeling and analytics for M&A, restructuring, and special situations.
- Draft situation analyses, pitch materials, information memoranda, management presentations, and term sheets.
- Conduct company, industry, market, and competitor research and due diligence.
- Contribute to the development of client proposals and advice.
- Maintain data rooms and coordinate management meetings to facilitate communication between deal teams and buyers or sellers.
- Ensure the quality of client deliverables through high attention to detail.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and August 2028.
- Major GPA of 3.2 or higher.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work effectively with senior professionals in a team environment.
- Strong quantitative, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
