As a Sales Development Representative Intern, you will gain hands-on experience within a global leader in the cybersecurity industry. This program provides exposure to real-world sales strategies, business operations, and the technical aspects of the security awareness training market. You will work alongside current Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives to understand the full sales lifecycle.
What you'll do#
- Map company structures and verify information to identify and qualify potential accounts.
- Conduct outreach via calls and emails to secure demo bookings for the sales team.
- Organize, clean, and maintain data within the CRM database.
- Participate in role-playing exercises to master prospecting conversations, objection handling, and communication techniques.
- Shadow sales professionals during prospect calls and demos to build industry knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the business model and sales roadmap.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a Junior or Senior student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.
- Strong communication skills paired with empathy.
- A confident, positive, and resilient mindset.
- Demonstrated competitiveness, tenacity, and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
- Proficiency with computer systems.

- Location: Clearwater, Florida.
- Term: Fall 2026 (August 24, 2026 – November 13, 2026).
- Modality: Hybrid (requires presence in the Clearwater office Monday through Thursday).
- Status: Full-time, paid internship.
