Managed Lending Partner Success Intern

About the role#

The Managed Lending Partner Success Intern will support the team in optimizing how information is documented, organized, and shared. This role focuses on translating internal knowledge into clear, structured documentation and improving resources for external partners. You will collaborate with team members to refine workflows and provide operational support during high-volume periods.

What you'll do#

• Lead the audit, organization, and standardization of internal documentation to improve accessibility.
• Document key processes, systems, and workflows by working closely with team members.
• Audit existing partner-facing materials to identify gaps and update content for accuracy and clarity.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Creative, to refine partner resources.
• Provide operational support, including assisting with the partner help queue and reporting tasks.
• Scope and design internal partnership resources or AI-driven tools.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment or background in Communications, Business Administration, Finance, International Relations, or Political Science.
• At least 21 years of age or older by July 14th, 2026.
• Strong critical thinking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a start-up environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Docs, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• A passion for problem-solving and relationship building.

Location & details#

• Term: Summer 2026 (July 14th, 2026 – December 31st, 2026).
• Modality: Remote (United States-based).
• Commitment: Part-time, 24–32 hours per week.
• Compensation: This is a paid internship with a $800 monthly stipend.
• Sponsorship: Applicants must have permanent authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
