About the role#
The Finance Co-Op position offers exposure to financial accounting and analysis, sales and marketing finance, operations finance, and research and development finance. This role is designed for a results-driven individual who is eager to learn and contribute to financial insights within the organization.
What you'll do#
- Build key reports and dashboards for use by Senior Management.
- Complete month-end and ad-hoc reporting requirements for the Finance Team.
- Support presentation consolidation and development for business reviews.
- Assist the Finance team with process automation and documentation to ensure smooth transitions.
- Support revenue and expense forecasting cycle requirements.
- Collaborate with internal business partners on financial analysis and reporting.
- Manage internal and external ad-hoc requests.
What you'll need#
- Completion of the first year of an undergraduate degree at an accredited university.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher across all college coursework.
- Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills, including financial modeling. Experience with SAP is considered an asset.
- Demonstrated time-management skills with the ability to multi-task effectively.
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills with the ability to present complex information concisely.
- Proven analytical skills and a willingness to take ownership of tasks.
