This HR Intern position supports the Americas Service Operations and Field Solutions teams. You will work under the direction of the HR Manager to deliver HR solutions, analytics, and process improvements that enhance the employee experience. This is a year-round, on-site role based in Milwaukee.
What you'll do#
- Apply lean thinking to streamline HR processes and standardize templates.
- Partner with HR Business Partners on day-to-day operations, including organizational changes, compensation processing, reporting, and appointment letters.
- Support retention and succession planning, including talent gap analysis and the development of career pathing frameworks.
- Participate in HR projects and kaizen events.
- Create leadership presentations and analyze data using internal systems.
- Develop training materials and respond to data requests from leadership.
- Assist with state leave compliance and support onsite wellness and engagement events.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in an HR Master’s or MBA program.
- Located in the Milwaukee area with availability to work 30–40 hours per week, year-round.
- U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
- Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables).
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
