About the role#
This is a part-time, paid seasonal internship for the Fall 2026 term. You will work under close supervision to support customers with transportation and logistics services. This role is based on-site in Harbeson, Delaware.
What you'll do#
- Gain exposure to basic transportation management principles.
- Participate in daily operational tasks, including freight planning and asset utilization.
- Support safety management, Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance, driver payroll, and maintenance coordination.
- Assist with logistics management, analysis, and driver supervision.
- Learn about industry trends and company initiatives regarding driver retention.
- Perform account-specific duties and other related tasks as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program, with a preference for Junior or Senior standing.
- Academic focus in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Logistics.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Ability to work 20 to 25 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
- Note that this position is not eligible for employment-based sponsorship.
