Intern - Program Manager, Network Engineering

About the role#

This internship offers hands-on experience supporting technical programs within the utilities and energy sector. You will work across multiple projects, focusing on network engineering initiatives that support infrastructure, connectivity, and technical service delivery. This is a full-time position for Summer 2026.

What you'll do#

• Coordinate and execute multiple network engineering projects to support utility and energy customers.
• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure accountability and alignment with program goals.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather updates, remove blockers, and maintain accurate project status.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and status updates to support data-driven decision-making.
• Build and maintain dashboards and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project outcomes.
• Organize project documentation and identify opportunities to improve management processes.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with a focus on transparency and collaboration.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach and a willingness to learn.
• Interest in program or project management within a technical or technology-focused organization.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across diverse teams.
