Integrity Internship Program

About the role#

The Integrity Internship Program provides hands-on experience across various business functions, including Distribution, Legal, Operations, Information Technology, Strategy, Finance, and People & Culture. Interns are treated as team members, working on projects that support business growth and innovation while gaining exposure to senior leadership.

What you'll do#

• Complete department-specific projects that contribute to business goals.
• Collaborate on an Impact Project, including time to research, problem-solve, and present findings.
• Participate in weekly Lunch & Learns and gain exposure to executive leadership.
• Engage in a hands-on community service experience.
• Present work during intern showcases.
• Build professional relationships through mentorship and team collaboration.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in an accredited undergraduate program as a rising junior or senior.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, on-site, five days a week.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
• Solid time-management and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Professionalism, dependability, and a high level of accountability.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Majors preferred: Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.

• Location: Dallas, Texas.
• Term: Summer 2026 (June through July).
• Modality: Full-time, on-site.
• Compensation: Paid internship.
