About the role#
As an Agent Success Intern, you will play an active role in supporting the daily operations of the department. This position provides hands-on experience in a professional setting, allowing you to contribute to real-world projects and gain insights into the insurance industry while working alongside experienced staff.
What you'll do#
- Assist with routine tasks, research, and administrative duties to support team projects.
- Participate in meetings, take notes, and help prepare presentations or reports.
- Conduct data entry, data analysis, and documentation as needed.
- Collaborate with team members on assigned projects and deliverables.
- Maintain organized files, records, and project materials.
- Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and partners.
- Complete assigned tasks within deadlines and follow established processes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or university program, or status as a recent graduate.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic proficiency with common office software, including Word, Excel, and email tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn and take initiative.
