Training Operations Co-op

About the role#

INNIO Group is seeking a motivated Co-op student to support the Waukesha Engine manufacturing team. This role focuses on developing engaging training materials to enhance the learning experience for the manufacturing workforce. You will work closely with subject matter experts to create, edit, and organize multimedia content.

What you'll do#

• Assist in the design and development of training materials, including videos, presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules for manufacturing processes.
• Use multimedia software to create and edit content.
• Collaborate with engineers, trainers, and operators to capture process knowledge and best practices.
• Organize and maintain a library of training assets.
• Support the rollout and collection of feedback for new training materials.

What you'll need#

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program related to Communications, Media Studies, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience or coursework in multimedia content creation, such as video editing, graphic design, or e-learning tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• An interest in manufacturing and technical training is considered an asset.

• Term: Fall 2026 (October 2026 – December 2026).
• Modality: On-site, full-time.
• Compensation: This is a paid position.
