Influur is seeking a Sales Intern to support pre-sales, client onboarding, and strategic partnership development. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in building client relationships and managing operational sales tasks. You will work directly with the leadership team to refine workflows and develop new partnership opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Respond to incoming inquiries and website chat to provide real-time support and ensure a positive first impression for prospective clients.
- Manage the onboarding process for new brand partners, including sending instructional content and follow-up communications.
- Research and identify potential sales leads to maintain a healthy pipeline.
- Schedule appointments and product demos.
- Collaborate with senior team members to nurture client relationships and close deals.
- Evaluate and improve existing workflows to increase efficiency and client satisfaction.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented approach with proactive problem-solving abilities.
Location & details#
- Location: Remote (based in Florida).
- Commitment: Full-time.
- Term: Rolling, up to 6 months.
- Compensation: This is an unpaid internship.
