About the role#

The Marketing Ninja internship provides hands-on experience in the operational backbone of Influur. This role focuses on the logistics and behind-the-scenes processes that support campaign execution, helping ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly for clients. You will gain insight into how a growing startup scales its creator marketplace and manages campaign workflows.

What you'll do#

• Assist the team in managing campaign workflows and coordinating with creators.
• Maintain operational systems, including updating tracking sheets, campaign spreadsheets, and live dashboards.
• Organize campaign files and operational folders.
• Keep internal handbooks and documentation updated.
• Support the tracking and reporting processes for active campaigns.

What you'll need#

• Current pursuit of a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining documentation.
• Experience or interest in logistical support and startup operations.
• A proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn.
